Born and raised Buffalonian. I know this city like the back of my hand, and have plenty of stories about it. My passion for real estate began when I bought my first investment property at 18. I had no idea what I was doing. I lost money, made mistakes, got scammed. You name it. But in the process I fell in love with the idea of making money passively, and that is why I didn’t give up.

I got my license because it allows me to help people learn the game of real estate. Whether you’re a buyer, seller, first time or seasoned investor, I would be honored to help you in your real estate journey. Not only do I have the knowledge and expertise that I’ve gained in my personal real estate experience, but at Towne Housing Real Estate (the firm I work at), we offer you a full service property management firm that can manage your rentals while you sleep!

2. An exclusive broker agreement is NOT required to view a property

3. Prospective buyers are required to show proof of funds or a mortgage qualification letter before viewing a property

During Open Houses, Buffalo Home Sellers encourages sellers to follow these procedures but the final decision whether to require bank letters/POF, or to check IDs, is up to the seller.
